Returns and Refunds
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- T-Shirts are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A credit note or a refund to a NZ bank account will be processed on receipt of the returned goods.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
One Thousand Blooms take great care to ensure your orders are protected in transit. In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive in perfect condition, or the wrong product arrives please follow these instructions:
- Email the team within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please repack the print in preparation for a courier pick up and leave the package in a secure pick up area once you have been notified of the courier arrival date.
- On receipt, One Thousand Blooms will arrange for a new order to be processed and dispatched.
