AUSTRALIA SHIPPING - We also ship to Australia and charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $39 per order (T-shirts plus framed or unframed prints) regardless of how many items are in the order.

How will my prints be shipped?

To ensure our prints are well protected on their journey to you, all unframed A3 (medium) prints are flat packaged with a thick card and a note saying "photos, please do not bend" on the outside. A2 (large) and A1(extra-large) unframed prints are packaged in a tube.

All of our framed prints are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and packaged in a cardboard box.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over New Zealand and also to Australia. If you live outside of New Zealand or Australia feel free to Contact Us and we'll let you know if we can arrange shipping for you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

How will my parcel be delivered?

All orders will be delivered to a physical address. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our shipping agents won't leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.

How long does delivery take?

That will depend on whether you have ordered t-shirts, framed or unframed prints.  Please check out our shipping guidelines.

If you're wondering about the status of your order, you can track the progress of your order by clicking on the order number link in the shipping advice that is sent to you via email.

Peak times: At peak times of year, especially the end-of-year holiday season, turn around times are likely to extend out. We will update our website if we are experiencing any major printing or framing delays.

Lockdowns: As a non-essential service provider, printing and framing orders will continue to be taken, however, fulfilment will be delayed until lockdown levels open up.  Thank you for your patience.

T-Shirts

How are our T-Shirts printed?

100% cotton, all garments are digitally printed, so your shirt still feels like a shirt, without any of that nasty cracking. We use Oeko-Tex certified eco friendly inks so our prints not only have great colour and good wash/UV durability, but are safe for adults, children and infants.

What is the T-Shirt fit like?

Our base T-Shirts are from the trusted brand AS Colour which means they are 100% cotton and preshrunk to minimise shrinkage. Please check out our sizing guide to determine the style and fit that best suits.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

As we print your items individually on order, we are unable to accept returns due to an incorrect size or a change in customer preference, so please take a look at our size guide and choose your sizes carefully.

Limited Edition Prints

What are Limited Edition Prints?

Unlike open edition prints, limited edition prints are released with a limit on the number of times the image will be reproduced and sold. Limited Edition prints are released with a limit on the number of times the image will be reproduced and sold. Under no circumstances will additional prints be produced for sale which guarantees to the buyer that there will only ever be a limited number of their particular print in circulation.

Each Limited Edition print will be printed on archival quality 100% cotton rag paper using archival ink and will be signed, dated, and state the print number (for example 1/50).

Limited Edition prints will be available to purchase either framed or unframed in a range of sizes.

Paper stock

What is Cotton Rag Paper?

These mould-made, 100% cotton rag papers (310 GSM) are a premium crafted paper designed for museum quality photographic work that guarantees archival standards. One Thousand Blooms uses Smooth Cotton Rag paper to deliver a print that has high durability and crisp image details.

What is Fine Art Paper?

Fine Art Paper (200 GSM) is a high quality paper stock that delivers a conservation-quality, natural white art print with a lightly textured matte finish. Fine Art paper gives each print more of an artwork look and feel as opposed to a photo paper finish. Please note, images printed on Fine Art paper are more delicate than traditional photo prints, and should be handled with care to avoid marking it. If you select fine art paper stock we recommend that the image is framed to protect it.

Frames

What are your frames like?

Our frames are a simple, contemporary style (dimensions width 21 mm, depth 33 mm) and are all handmade from high quality materials. The colours available are White, Black, and Oak Wood Grain and available with or without a white mat. All frames come ready to hang with the artwork protected by shatter-resistant acrylic to avoid damage during transit.

How do I care for my framed prints?

We recommend that framed images never be displayed in direct sunlight. To clean the glass, spray a small amount of non-ammonia glass cleaner onto a microfibre cloth (or a lint-free cotton cloth) and wipe in a circular motion. Wipe dry with a dry section of cloth to avoid water marks. Don't spray cleaner directly on to the glass!
