Bo Kaap Rainbow Street

The Bo-Kaap is one of Cape Town’s most distinct neighbourhoods. Its origins date back to the 1760s when rental houses were built and leased to slaves from Malaysia. History records that all the houses had to be white and that when this rule was eventually lifted, and the slaves were allowed to buy the properties, all the houses were painted bright colours by their owners as an expression of their freedom. Brighten up your home or office space with a wall print bursting with colour.

Made in New Zealand

Colourful, Original and Made in NZ, every wall art print contains my love for colour, for beauty and for nature. An Auckland-based New Zealand Artist, my wall art is best described as untamed; capturing the world as it is - wild, imperfect and only using natural light. Thank you for supporting a NZ small business.
